Youth Square was launched in 2010, which was a project commissioned by the Home Affairs Bureau of HKSAR Government and establishes at 2009. It aimed to be the hub of diversified youth development activities for youth to develop their potential. E’s Concept was appointed as the PR and event management agency handling the 5th anniversary party and the publicity to showcase its achievement in the past five years.

Youth Square has been working on a hundred of youth programs in the past five years, however, they were not easily been seen by the public. We thus formulated a strategic PR plan to strengthen the role of Youth Square as a platform for major youth programs as well as comprehensive youth activities. We have tried to dig out diversified PR angles and prepared a number of press materials to pitch for different types of media, from corporate, finance to youth pages. A number of corporate interviews were lined up with the representative of Youth Square which provided an opportunity for Youth Square to illustrate their efforts made and share their youth programs held in the past five years at corporate level. At the same time, we have also lined up a number of interviews with numerous Youth Square ambassadors at TVB and various print media to demonstrate their support towards the young talents. 


The campaign was wrapped up by the 5th anniversary party. Tsang Tak Sing GBS JP, the former Secretary for Home Affairs of Hong Kong, was invited to join the party as one of the officiating guest and give a speech. More than 300 guests were invited to join the party and witnessed the development and achievement of Youth Square in the past five years. A number of engagement activities and performances hosted by the youth were held at the foyer to entertain the guests as well as demonstrate different areas of youth achievement by Youth Square,


With the effective PR strategy, a total of 55 stories were spinned off from business page to feature page and youth pages for Youth Square 5th Anniversary, including interviews with youths from key broadcast media TVB Jade and Commercial Radio, newspapers, magazines, online and electronic platforms, with an ad value equivalent to over HK$ 2.6 millions.
